If you experience an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible — we handle these situations on a case-by-case basis with compassion.
4 Service Adjustments
We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the service requested changes significantly from what was originally booked. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Significant change in style, length, or complexity at the time of appointment
- Hair condition requiring substantially more time or product than expected
- Requests for additional services not included in the original booking
Any pricing adjustments will be communicated and agreed upon with the client before additional work begins. We will never charge more without your explicit approval.
5 Hair Preparation
Clients are responsible for arriving with properly prepared hair unless a wash-and-prep add-on was booked in advance.
- Hair should be freshly washed, detangled, and free from heavy product buildup
- Avoid applying oils or heavy conditioners 48 hours prior to your appointment
- Blown-out or stretched natural hair is preferred for most braiding styles
